why do i stop getting sound after awhile on my computer?
i have a presonus firebox connected to 2 studio monitors, and when i listen to music after awhile(or even not listening)the sound just disappears...and if i try to press play i get presonus Windows 7 64 Bit nothing, also no windows alert sounds or from anywhere, but when i reboot everything works...im not sure if its a driver issue since i downloaded the latest one from the presonus website for 64 bit windows 7 which is what i have. i also disabled the onboard sound since i heard it causes audio latency when enabled during mixes...im clueless to what the problem might be, although the interface does tend to get pretty hot, hoping someone can help me out! thanks in advanced!
