I was really surprised by this album. Because their name was “The Suicide File,” I was reluctant to check them out, convinced they were some cookie cutter self-loathing emocore outfit… but boy, was I blown away. These guys are almost a mix of The (International) Noise Conspiracy and American Nightmare. Twilight is an record that is just great from top to bottom. Be sure to check it out.

How do I burn an iso image file?
I'm trying to install a free program from propellerhead caled rebirth, but I'm having a problem.I was told to burn it Files propellerhead on to a cd and insert the cd etc...But my question is how do you burn an iso image file, can you use a normal disk for burning music or does it have to be a dvd. Can someone please give me some info on how this is done. And can you recommend any programs I should use to burn it.Thanks very much.

  1. Irvin Says:

If you’re into bands such as but not limited to: Poison the Well, Stretch Armstrong, anything Trustkill (dare I say “screamo”?) or just good hardcore punk in general then this band is for you!
Some of these songs are downright groovy when it comes to the percussion. Think International Noise Conspiracy meets Pantera or something like that. It’s nice to hear a drummer that’s not afraid to get creative (see also: Hopesfall).
The lyrics are ok (a little typical I suppose but certainly not bad) but the songs will get you moving. And that’s rare for a hardcore band that makes you really want to get up and move…as much as I like hard music, just hearing a fast double-bass drum and power chords doesn’t quite do it for me these days.
The only drawback is that, like all decent hardcore, the songs are too short and too few. Which means I can’t wait for the next album to arrive.
